Semi-Private Personal Training
Challenge your body in ways that will effectively burn fat and increase lean muscle. Mix it up with interval training for endurance and strength and traditional exercises to further develop that stronger lean muscle for a better burn long after your work out. Offered in a semi-private setting of no more than 6 women, you will receive the same quality individualized training you would expect in a one-on-one setting.

Total Gym Gravity® Training
Looking to produce incredible results you can see & feel quickly? The Total Gym Gravity® Trainer provides a workout unlike any other piece of equipment.  Quite literally, body weight is used as resistance against the pull of gravity. The process of this activity and controlled movement through gravitation force – on a free rolling glide board – encourages a free flow of movement that works multiple muscle groups at the same time while working the core stabilizers.  This resistance training program will increase strength and endurance, with only 4 women per session you get personal attention.

One-on-One Personal Training
This allows us to work One-on-One with you to address your needs very specifically and to provide undivided attention. We offer these sessions in traditional Free Weight training, Total Gym Gravity® Training, and TRX® along with nutrition guidance to help you achieve your desired goals.

 

PRICING

We ask our clients to make a commitment to their fitness, because we know that without a commitment you cannot effect change!

What is your fitness goal? It takes at least 3 months to begin transformation and good habit building. With that in mind our commitments are offered in 3 – 6 – 12 months. Then based on your goals, motivation, and budget you will be scheduled for 2, 3, or 4 sessions per week with an investment ranging from $173 – $390 per month.
