With our rotating class structure, you can attend everyday and acheive a new challenge. With each class you'll use body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, pull up bars and more. Our exclusive Gravity Fusion sessions are based through Pilates principles and technique. Offering unparalleled variety Gravity Fusion encompasses strength, endurance and interval training with inspired mindful movement for an effective, quick, full body workout.
Classes are performed on the award-winning Gravity Training System which offers eight levels of incline resistance. Levels range from easy/therapeutic to intense/extremely challenging. The dynamic cable pulley/glide board challenges you to build strength, core stability and muscle endurance all with minimal impact to the joints to create lean muscle tone you have been looking for.
Slow Flow is a yoga class designed with step by step instruction so you can move at your own pace, allowing time for each student to set up and execute proper alignment for each asana/posture given. Modifications and props are used to help you become familiar with the different poses, to build strength and stability and to bring awareness through the use of breath.
You will build a solid foundation for the practice of Sun Salutations, Balancing Poses, Inversions and much more. These techniques bring a feeling of intentional awareness and consciousness letting you become more confident and comfortable in your own body moves and flows. Stretch & Restore requires no prior yoga experience. It is designed to increase flexibility and range of motion in the body. You can tailor the experience to your own individual need. This class specializes in the use of "supporting props" such as straps, bolsters and blocks to assist with proper alignment and total relaxation of each pose. Moving at a slower pace allows time to come into the poses, so that one can completely relax, restore and rejuvenate.
Regular practice and attendance of this class will help prevent and heal injuries, enhance athletic performance, increase flexibility, increase range of motion as well as release tension, reduce stresss, and nurish the mind, body and spirit.
