student and their own unique fitness level. I want to help every member achive your personel goals of weight loss, gaining strength and confidence and the use of
daily functional skills to be used for today's modern activities of life.
My personal love of fitness and all "sportsie things of fun" goes back many years...
Having participated in the running of Obstacle Course Races , Weight Lifting, Hiking, Biking and the practice of Yoga. So, it was natural that I would be led to become a teacher/instructor and share my life experiences and education with each and everyone of you.
