Things may look a little different but we are so excited to welcome you back to the same inclusive and positive fitness space.
Your health and safety is our #1 priority! Based on CDC guidelines, concerns voiced from a survey of our clientele, and the size of our facility we will be reopening phase 1 with a limited schedule and limited class sizes.
In Gym class sizes will be limited attendance to support social distance
Sessions are 30 min with 15 min break to allow clients to exit and enter building without congregating
Scheduled days and time will be limited, and changing as we evolve through the reopening phases - be sure to check availability
Reservations are REQUIRED to attend sessions
UPGRADED CLEANING SCHEDULE: Equipment, doorknobs, handrails, front desk area, bathrooms, and any other surfaces or objects will be thoroughly disinfected throughout the day. More time between sessions will allow us to clean equipment and our facility more effectively.
DEEP CLEANING: All chemicals used to deep clean and disinfect will be EPA approved and CDC recommended, and will be completed daily.
HAND SANITIZER & DISINFECTING WIPES: These items will be readily available for your use throughout the studio.
TAPING THE FLOOR: We have taped of the floor with 8' square sections, so you’ll have plenty of space to workout in while maintaining social distancing requirements.
UPDATED PROGRAMMING: We’ve updated our workout programming so you will be able to workout in your own dedicated space, and will not have to share equipment during your workout.
TEAM HANDWASHING: Coaches will wash their hands when they arrive and leave for at LEAST 20 seconds, and also throughout the day after each session.
HAND WASHING: Please wash your hands (up to your elbows) for at LEAST 20 seconds BEFORE and AFTER your workout.
MASKS: If you would like to wear a mask, please do! We are not requiring it because we realize it may be difficult while working out.
EQUIPMENT CLEANING: Please wipe down every piece of equipment each use with our provided disinfectant wipes.
AIR HUGS & HI-FIVES: As much as we LOVE how we support each other in the studio, we’ll be doing air hugs & high-fives for the time being.
AVOID CONGREGATING: Avoid gathering in groups before, during, or after their workouts. Again, this is because of social distancing guidelines. If you arrive early for your workout, consider waiting outside or staying in your car until it’s time to come in.
Please Stay Home If You’re Not Well: If you’re not feeling 100%, please stay home and rest or participate in our At Home Program until you are feeling better. (Our team will also be following this policy!)
